About a 40 minutes' drive north to Lincoln RI brings you to Twin River Casino, which offers a large selection of both video slots as well as table games, restaurants and live entertainment. Lastly, a 20-minute drive up Route 24 brings you to Tiverton Hotel and Casino, the closest casino to Newport. It features multiple restaurants and a hotel if you want to spend a night or two! This casino/hotel is new to the area, and has been open for about a year now.
